Our Refund Guarantee

OzLevel Pro is a one-time digital purchase for $9.99 AUD. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro upgrades. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us for a full refund.

We do not require you to explain why. We do not charge any fee. The refund is the full $9.99 AUD purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@ozlevel.com.au with:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and will process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your account will revert to the free tier. You will retain access to all free features. Your account itself is not deleted — you can continue using OzLevel's free tier indefinitely.

Free Tier

OzLevel's free tier is free. There is nothing to refund. If you have not made a purchase, this policy does not apply to you.

Australian Consumer Law

Our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if a product has a major fault, does not match its description, or is not fit for its stated purpose. These rights apply regardless of any refund policy we publish. If you believe OzLevel has a significant fault, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Digital Product Nature

OzLevel Pro is a digital software product. Once purchased, access is granted immediately. Our 30-day refund guarantee is offered voluntarily because we stand behind what we've built.
