My Pro upgrade isn't showing up in the app
Sign out and sign back in — this refreshes your account tier from our server. If it still shows as free after signing back in, email support@ozlevel.com.au with your order confirmation and we'll fix it manually within 24 hours.
The app isn't levelling accurately on my phone
Make sure the phone is placed flat on a level surface inside the motorhome — not propped against a seat. Some phone cases add a slight tilt. Try removing the case if you're getting inconsistent readings. If you're still having trouble, email us with your phone model and we'll help troubleshoot.
I want a refund
